Proposed Prohibition of Waiting and Loading Restrictions Lower Street, St. Asaph
Why are we doing this?
Denbighshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers the effect of which will be to introduce prohibition of waiting, loading and unloading of vehicles on the lengths of roads referred to in the Schedule below.
The Council is inviting observations and objections to the proposals between 11th March 2020 and 3rd April 2020.
A copy of the proposed Order, a map showing the lengths of roads to which the proposals relate, and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing the Order are available to download as a PDF (below), or may be viewed during normal office hours in St Asaph Library and at the offices of the undersigned.
What do we want to know?
Any person wishing to make observations or objections to the proposed Order should do so in writing. This can be done via the 'Tell us What you Think' link (below) or via post to the following address:
