How is the Council doing?

Why are we doing this?

Hello.

As part of the Council's obligations under the new Local Government and Elections Act (Wales) 2021, the Council is required to capture feedback from residents, businesses and other stakeholders to assess how well the Council is performing.

The Council has been surveying residents approximately once every two or three years, for a while now. Our last Residents Survey was in 2018.

This year, we will be inviting businesses and other stakeholders to take part as part of our obligations under the new legislation.

What do we want to know?

If you live in Denbighshire, run a business here, or you're an organisation that works with the Council in a professional capacity, we'd like to invite you to have your say on how the Council is getting on.

The survey should take 15-20 minutes to complete.

Prize draw:

If you are a resident in Denbighshire and you are aged 16 years old or older, you will be eligible to enter a prize draw for a one month Total Gym membership with Denbighshire Leisure Ltd. More information about the prize draw will be shown to you at the end of the survey.
