Why are we doing this?
This project aims to gather feedback from the customers on the range, quality and impact of services provided by Libraries and One Stop Shops
What do we want to know?
The information gathered will be used to help shape future service development, and to report on the service's performance against the Welsh Public Library Standard Framework 2017-2020 to Welsh Government. Customer's responses will also help demonstrate the impact of the library services on their lives
