A525 Denbigh Green
(30MPH speed restriction) order 202
Denbighshire County Council hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order
under Sections 82(2) 83(2) 84(1) and 84(2) and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of the Order will be to impose a 30
miles per hour speed limit on the length of road specified in the Schedule below.
Copies of the proposed Order with plans and statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order are available to download as a PDF (below).
What do we want to know?
Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made, can be made by via the "Tell us What you Think" link below by 24th April 2020. Please include your name and address and note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
