Proposed Prohibition of Waiting Hall Street and Willow Street, Llangollen

Why are we doing this?

Denbighshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), (2), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and (3), and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers the effect of which will be to introduce prohibition of waiting of vehicles on the times referred to in the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule below.

The Council is inviting observations and objections to the proposals between 28th April 2021 and 21st May 2021.

Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made, can be made by via the "Tell us What you Think" link below by 21st May 2021. Please include your name and address and note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
