Draft Homelessness Prevention / Supporting People Commissioning Plan 2019-22
Why are we doing this?
Denbighshire County Council is holding a consultation on their draft 3 year Commissioning Plan for Homelessness Prevention/Supporting People support services.
The Commissioning Plan 2019-22 sets out how the Council propose to develop and remodel support projects in Denbighshire which support people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. In Denbighshire there are a range of these projects , including:
- fixed-site supported housing
- floating support (where a support worker is based out in the community).
We are looking to consult with anyone who may be involved in or have an interest in homelessness prevention support in Denbighshire, including people with lived experience of homelessness.
What do we want to know?
We would like to know if you agree with our priorities for the next 3 years. Your views will be used to inform the final Commissioning Plan, which will be published in January 2019 on the Denbighshire County Council website.
The consultation period runs from 21st September 2018 until 5pm on 2ndNovember 2018.
