Clifford Jones Timber A2 Permit Application
Why are we doing this?
APPLICATION UNDER THE ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING (ENGLAND AND WALES) REGULATIONS 2016 (AS AMENDED), SI 2016/1154
(1) The company known as Clifford Jones Timber Ltd., whose address is Brickfield Lane, Ruthin, Denbighshire, LL15 2TN has applied to Denbighshire County Council for an A2 permit to operate an installation for the preservation of wood with chemicals at the address above.
(2) The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.
(3) The application also contains a description of all the information that Clifford Jones Timber Ltd was required to include in its application to Denbighshire County Council.
(4) The application has been placed on the public register held at Denbighshire County Council, Caledfryn, Smithfield Road, Denbigh, Denbighshire, LL16 3RJ and can be viewed Monday to Thursday between the hours of 9am to 5pm and Friday between the hours of 9am to 4:30pm. Alternatively, the application can be viewed by clicking the links below.
(5) Any written comments on the application should be made to Denbighshire County Council at the address listed above, or via our email address: envhealth@denbighshire.gov.uk or using the feedback form below before 02/10/2019. Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
