Why are we doing this?
In 2018, we spoke to over 1,500 people to find out what they thought of Rhyl Town Centre at the moment and what changes they would like to see. Now, we have grouped those ideas and concerns into key themes, from which we have developed 8 Big Ideas, which all future developments in the Town Centre should support. We would like to know if you think these are the right ideas.
